Apprenticeship and
Training
The Carpet Linoleum and Soft Tile
Apprenticeship & Training Fund administers the apprenticeship
& training for members of the International Union of Painters
and Allied Trades (IUPAT), in Hawaii.
Apprentices require 8,000 hours of on the job training
and certain related instruction to become a journeyperson. In addition,
safety and health and skill training are regularly scheduled for
all members.
